Each person attending must have a completed registration form or email invitation.

You can register by filling out the form below or downloading the Microsoft Word Document or Adobe PDF File.

REGISTRATION FEES
$10 - Early Registration before July 5th

$15 - July 5th - July 15th
$20 - person-On Site Registration

Payments can be made online with Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover using Paypal. Fill in the names you're registering and click the PayPal logo below to pay now!

List the names of the registrants that you are paying for. After you click the PayPal logo you will be transfered to PayPal to complete your payment. If you are paying for more than one registrant, don't forget to fill in the quantity field on PayPal for the number of people your are paying for.

If you choose not to pay online, credit card, money order, cashier's or business checks can be mailed in with the registration form. We will also be accepting payments at the event. Payments at the event will be $20 for registration.

Each registrant receives a Quarterly DJ Meeting and Industry Showcase program booklet with local club, radio station and record store directory, a bag of promotional items, DJ Meeting & Showcase Compilation CD.
